Courage of a Nation

Featuring 56 images, Courage of a Nation photo exhibition showcases the bravery, resilience, and dedication of the Ukrainian people, captured by Howard G. Buffett, photographer, philanthropist, and Chairman & CEO of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation.

Curated by two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer and Founder & Chairman of the Dutch non-profit Everyday Refugees Foundation, Muhammed Muheisen, the exhibition has previously been displayed in Höxter, Germany; Brussels, Belgium; Kyiv and Odesa, Ukraine; Gdańsk, Poland; and the Ukrainian National Museum in Chicago, USA. The exhibition is currently on display aboard Ukrainian Railways trains across Ukraine and in its permanent gallery in downtown Chicago.

In the Summer of 2024 we hosted their photo exhibition Bearing Witness in the Atrium City Hall.

For the first time in the Netherlands, Courage of a Nation is on display from July 18 until August 28 at the Atrium City Hall.
